We offer ‘Free Shipping’ to all orders above Rs. 2999
For all other orders below Rs. 2999, courier charges will be charged based on the volumetric weight of the package. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges.
Orders will be dispatched by ‘My Cup of Decor’ in two consignments each week. i.e. 09:00 am every Tuesday & Friday.
Estimated delivery time varies according to the destination to which you want the order to be shipped. Speed Post takes 7 - 10 working days to deliver orders.
All shipments will be sent via Indian Postal Service unless specifically requested for through other courier carriers.
All shipment tracking details will be shared with the customer via email once the shipment has been dispatched.
Currently, we ship nationwide (i.e. within India only & not internationally yet)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery and not after usage. Replacement is also subject to availability of with us.
